Hillary F. Douglas is a Ph.D. candidate with the departments of Art & Visual Culture Education and Social Cultural, and Critical Theory at the University of Arizona and a K-5 Art Integration Specialist with the Opening Minds through the Arts program at Tucson Unified School District. She has over two decades of combined experience teaching visual art in school, museum, community, higher education, and international settings. Job-embedded professional development for PK-12 visual art educators is central to her emerging research.
